Account deletion

Delete your Perigee account

Perigee gives you a web path to request permanent deletion even if the Android app is no longer installed. This page explains the request, safety hold, subscription step, and limited records that may remain.

Effective July 14, 2026

Request account deletion

The fastest path is the same privacy control available to signed-in web users. You do not need the Android app to use it.

  1. Step 01

    Sign in on the web

    Open your Perigee dashboard with the account you want deleted.

  2. Step 02

    Open Privacy & data

    Export a copy first if needed, then find Delete your account.

  3. Step 03

    Confirm the request

    Enter the exact confirmation shown and select Schedule account deletion. Recent sign-in is required.

  4. Step 04

    Seven-day safety hold

    You can sign in and cancel during the hold. Once processing begins, the request can no longer be cancelled.

If you cannot access your account

Email ryandcardin@gmail.com with the subject Perigee account deletion request. State that you want your Perigee account deleted and send the request from, or identify, the email address associated with the account. Cardin LLC may ask for limited information to verify ownership before acting.

Do not email a password, Firebase ID token, Google Play purchase token, API key, payment-card number, or another person's personal data.

Before you request deletion

  • Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled separately. Deleting your Perigee account does not cancel billing managed by Google Play. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first to prevent a future renewal. Account deletion does not create a refund.
  • If you subscribed through another app store, manage that subscription in the store where it was purchased.
  • You must transfer ownership of, or delete, every Perigee organization you own before personal account deletion can be scheduled.
  • Website subscriptions administered directly by Perigee are cancelled during account-deletion processing.

Data deleted with the account

After the hold, Perigee removes or disconnects personal data tied to the account, including:

  • the Perigee sign-in identity and profile;
  • saved stations, preferences, alerts, outings, shares, notifications, and other personal product state;
  • developer credentials, OAuth grants, personal API records, and personal subscription access;
  • Google Play purchase-ownership and notification records stored by Perigee; and
  • personal memberships and identifiable references that are not required to remain in an audit record.

Limited data that may be retained

Cardin LLC or its processors may retain only records reasonably needed for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, payment or charge disputes, legal compliance, or enforcing communication opt-outs. This can include financial transaction records retained by a payment provider, one-way suppression hashes, and pseudonymized audit facts that no longer identify an active Perigee account.

Privacy-safe aggregate statistics are not personal account data. Removal from encrypted backups and independent service-provider systems may take additional time under their retention schedules. Read the Perigee Privacy Policy for the complete retention and deletion policy.
