Perigee

Perigee Trip Watch · for coastal operators

Catch the change before it reaches the dock.

Watch scheduled charters, tours, launches, and service runs against your own transparent coastal rules. Perigee tells you what changed, which source moved, and what needs a human decision.

No demo call. No credit card until checkout. Trial starts at first monitoring.

Watch

What changed

Gust forecast increased 6 kt

Perigee compares the refreshed inputs against the operator's own transparent rule profile. It does not make a safety decision.

Decision timeline

Immutable history
  1. Forecast refreshed

NWS gust forecast moved from 19 kt to 25 kt.

  2. Rule triggered

Harbor tour profile: gust watch at 23 kt.

  3. Dispatcher acknowledged

Watching the 13:00 and 14:00 alternatives.

  4. Guest draft ready

No message sent until an operator approves it.

01

Rules you can defend

Edit tide, current, wind, gust, wave, daylight, advisory, and water-level thresholds. Unknown stays unknown when required data is missing.

02

Changes with memory

Hysteresis, repeat windows, evaluation fingerprints, acknowledgement, assignment, and immutable history reduce noisy flapping without hiding source gaps.

03

Communication stays human

Draft factual guest email, approve it, then send. Public status links expose only the operator-approved snapshot and contact action.

Solo launch plan

One operator. One vessel. A complete loop.

Team and Fleet remain unavailable until every seat, assignment, quota, audit, export, and delivery control is verified under production load.

Questions operators ask first

Clear boundaries before you connect anything.

Does Trip Watch decide whether a trip is safe?+

No. It is an operational planning aid. It applies your documented thresholds to attributed NOAA and NWS inputs, calls out missing or stale data, and leaves every decision with your operator.

Do I need to replace my calendar or booking tool?+

No. Create a trip manually or connect a read-only public ICS feed. Perigee preserves source identity and avoids duplicate imports.

When does the trial start?+

When the first real trip begins monitoring—not when you create an account. It lasts 14 days or five monitored trips, whichever comes first.

Can guests see internal rules?+

Only if you choose to share them. Guest pages contain a factual, operator-approved status, update time, and contact action; internal notes and unapproved changes stay private.
